Thought I'd post a realistic review. I have looked at this site before...actually frequently and never cared to correct the reviews since some were true but extremely overrated. I really think the recent negative postings are out of focus and not an accurate decription of the enviroment that I have chosen live in and are in need of truthful verification. I agree with the other "residents" that an old immature employee is the likely source of the past few months of negative reviews since I have lived here a long time and have yet to see a staff worth mentioning but do agree that new residents should be screened better since there have been a few problems here in the past. As far as the community, the staff keeps it clean and repairs are done as needed within 24 hours. I feel that the staff in place now are better then before but the urge to rent has created small problems. If the complaint policies were strongly enforced as well as making people responsible for anything that occurs at their apartment and making sure residents get evicted after said complaints then the community would be perfect. My apartment is large, well maintained and my neighbors are nice. The price I pay is good and overall I am happy and plan to live here until I either A.) buy a house or B.) make a career change. I do wish the poor young lady who keeps posting nonsense would get over it and stop giving my home a bad name. Bexley IS a nice place to lease and I do recommend trying to rent here but urge the staff to be more responsive to potential problems from unruly residents and guests. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

It may be a former staff member with a grudge, but is it possible that this staff member was not allowed to treat residents with respect and went against the grain of the corporate BS they were told to portray? I would quit and risk being fired too. It's not my nature to be rude or inconsiderate, and that's the type of people this apartment wants!
