Don't let the "Luxury Apartment Living" slogan mislead you. Also, don't let the "nice" staff who are selling you apartments 7 days a week fool you either. They will be nice to you and tell you everything you need to hear before you sign your lease. AFter that, don't count on any responses to your complaints or customer service needs. Ask them what happens when your apartment floods and why it takes them an hour to get there' There is 3 inches of water throughout your apartment and they are not willing to provide you alternate living arrangements without a little begging, because they are "not required to" provide additional living arrangements. Also, don't count on your apartment being clean when you move in, and when you do have issues, don't count on a quick response, which is promised at the lease signing. The apartment manager is absolutely horrible when it comes to addressing your needs, and the corporate management, just as bad. The courtesy officer that lives on sight is a joke as there is no response to people playing on the golf course drunk at 2 a.m. and there continues to be car break-ins all over the place. The community events they promise, don't happen. Yeah, they have free cookies in the clubhouse during business hours, but all of the unsupervised kids come in and grab them and are all over the complex unsupervised. There are rules that are put in your lease, but don't count on the important ones to be enforced (i.e. parking at the curbs, garbage on your patio, dog poop all over, etc.). Just ask anyone of the residents that lives here and I'm confident they can provide you a number of things that have made them disatisfied. My recommendation, look elsewhere as there are better, more friendly places to live!
