I lived at Brookstone for 1 year and like the layout of the complex and the apartments are nice...clean, maintenece is good...BUT, the location is undesireable..the location is not for people who like action, good restaurants, bars, or energy and life...it's like living in a dead zone with target as the sole sorce of entertainment...and you better like eating at Chilis, Fridays, Applebees, etc...ZERO character in the area of town... pretty dead here. And it's expensive for the area as well...NOT worth it if you are single, or a young couple who likes to go out down-town, or transfrering from another state and actually want to meet people...Probally good for families or quiet introverted people who like quiet and peace more than action and fun... Pool is nice, ...for some reason my driveway, sidewalks are a mass of dried up worms...needs to be swept more, obviosly. It's disgusting.
