The managment is absolutly horrible. THe manager makes the rules up as she goes. She blames everything on corp but refuses to give out corps. number. THey will try and charge you for changing locks when you move out, after you have turned in your keys. Everyone in the office is rude and unfriendly, usually the red-headed girl in the office. Never rent here they are inconsistent. THey will try and charge you more for rent as well. They will not work with you on anything

I live here and I love it. I totally disagree with the reviews of the rudeness of the office staff. They are extremely friendly and have gone out of their way to work with me. For example, I rented the guest apartment for a weekend and was going to be unable to pick up the key the day of or day before because of when I was going to be in town, so they let me pick it up two days early. Also, any maintenance request I have had has been taken care of immediately. They have never tried to charge me more for anything and have been extremely consistent with their rules and policies from day one. If you are doing something that breaks their rules and policies, they will let you know and be very serious about it, which I appreciate because it keeps things fair for all residents and helps keep safety as an important aspect of a community.
