I am a current resident, and have had no problems at all. On the few occasions (2 or 3) that I have had to call maintenance (clogged kitchen sink) the responce was almost immediate. On all occasions the staff was expeditious and tidy. Doing their job as quickly and cleanly as possible. As for management I have had no problems with use of any of the resident facility's at any time I have wanted to use them. I would say that so long as you are an adult looking for a quite comfortable place to live you will have no problems here.
