I lived in the apartment as temporary corporate housing for 6 months and found it very nice. I noticed that the manager greeted everyone by name and knew their apartment number. She quickly resolved a problem between me and an upstairs tenant in a very professional manner. Landscaping was above average with a lot of trees and flowers and the pool very well kept. My building was extremely quiet and even though I overlooked the pool I had no problems with late night partying or noise. Rarely a sound from neighbors through the walls. My next corporate stop has me in a much less desirable apartment at twice the cost. I miss my place at Brookstone.
