I lived at these apartments for 2 years and was totally pleased. The office staff was swift in maintenance request turn around time and the grounds were always well kept. Pool area in the summer is the ideal guest entertainment area. Quiet community with easy access to I-77& I-85. This comminuty also offers a great program called "Help America Buy Homes". It may not seem like much moving in, but if you plan to purchase a house in the near future I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROGRAM TO ANYONE!!.
