I stumbled across this website and am SHOCKED to find out i'm not the only one that feels the way I do about this complex...in early may 2007, i got a call making me aware that my apt had been broken into..my next door neighbor came home later that evening and hers had also been broken into. The management seemed very uninterested in the matter, never sent out any type of notification or flyers making other residents aware this had been going on. I didnt know that SEVERAL other tenants had been broken into until one of the CMPD officers made me aware of this. The halfway maintenance man came and nailed a board across my back door, until they replaced my back door...which took about a week b/c i insisted on a NEW DOOR..not just cut-n-paste the old one!!!

The location is not bad, actually, very convenient..and the price is reasonble..FOR NOW..however, with all the new condo's going up in the area, I understand that with new leases(renewals included), the apartments will now be in the $800 range- HARDLY WORTH IT!

I can admit, the management has done several upgrades, parking lots, new playground, but nothing about the "environment" has been enhanced to make tenants feel safer.
