3 years and going downhill

I have lived here for 3 years. After it was purchased by Camden, the living situation declined rapidly. The rent has increased, the service level has decreased. I have the noisiest neighbors in the world and nobody takes any action. One would think that they would value a resident who has been here for the time we have, have always been great tenants, etc. but such is not the case. We will be looking for something else very soon. They really need to pay more attention to their tenants and the interior of these apartments than spending hours and hours on the landscaping.
