The year over year rent increase for my small 1 bedroom apartment was over $350 (over 40% increase). Needless to say, I am moving out. I will never live in an apartment place owned by Camden again and I am telling EVERYONE I know. It's nice, but it is not worth multiple hundreds more than all of the other nice apartments in Charlotte.
