Preparing to move at this time. Impossible to find a place to park because some apartments have five cars and who knows how many beds. Supposedly they are giving out parking permits, who knows how they intend to enforce this "policy". Right now I am about to call and complain about the person living below me who is playing bass drenched floor pounding music at 3:50 in the morning. Doubt anything will come of it. This place did have charm at one point, but it was well before I lived here. Not quite "the barrio" yet, but it is definitely getting there.
