I have lived here for several years. When my lease comes up I will not be renewing. As the previous reviewer stated, management does try. The problem is they never follow through. Parking continues to be a problem. Parking stickers were isssued. Very few use them and the vehicles are not towed as threatened. Also residents in some of the apartments share their stickers..know your neighbors''' Three of the apartments in my building have revolving doors. Who knows who or how many people live there. What I do know is that they are crowded enough that the residents have taken to moving themselves out to the common areas to talk on the phone or have serious (but loud) discussions and sometimes for moments of privacy. I get a little tired of having to walk between people I don't even recognise to get to my apartment. I am also tired of the garbage bags by the front doors. They used to fine for this but now that would meant actually looking at buildings front and back. Besides, the dumpster is filled to overflowing most weekends.
For the price I pay I expect more sevice and screening of tenants. I'll find a cheaper place to live If I have to put up with trash.
