NOT IMPRESSED From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I HAVE LIVED IN CAMDEN HABERSHAM FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS, WHEN MY LEASE IS UP I WILL NOT BE RENEWING IT. THE AREA IS QUIET BUT LATELY THERE HAVE BEEN SOME PROMBLEMS WITH NOISE- THAT IS TO BE EXPECTED LIVING IN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY BUT MAINTAINCE IS SLOW AND WORK TO BE DONE TAKES A LONG TIME TO BE COMPLETED. THERE ARE CONSTANT WATER PROLBEMS BUT I MUST SAY THAT THEY TRY THEIR BEST TO GET THE PROBLEMS FIXED. I NO LONGER FEEL VERY SAFE- ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING HOW A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO I SAW CONDOM WRAPPERS AND BEER CANS IN THE BREEZEWAY. ALSO, THE WALLS ARE WAY TOO THIN BECAUSE I CAN HEAR EVERYTHING AROUND ME. I AM HAPPY TO SAY THAT HABERSHAM WILL NO LONGER HAVE ME AS A TENANT.
