Camden Habersham is not a quality place to live. They let anyone and everyone move in, and the police are here almost weekly because of crime. If you enjoy sketchy people who litter everywhere and use your car as a chair, then by all means, move on in. They raise your rent anytime you renew your lease, not to mention your water bill is ridiculously high. You pay your water bill to Camden, and it is 2 to 3 times higher than it would be if you paid it to the city. I'm sure they take some of that bill for themselves. The maintenance men are friendly and helpful, and most of the leasing office is as well. However there is one woman in the leasing office who has absolutely no customer service skills. In my opinion the cost to live here and the lack of safety make this place completely undesirable. We can't wait to get away from this place!

I lived there 4 years ago and the demographics were certainly starting to go downhill then. We apparently got out just in time. While we lived there, we didn't really have any problems. I will tell you that due to cost of living increases, your rent will go up every time you renew your lease- that will happen anywhere you go.

I agree with your description of the place. I moved in a few months ago and am counting the days until my lease is up and I can leave this place behind

Personally I dont know what everyone is talking about. I have lived here for over three years and love it here. I have noticed a change in demographics but actually for the better. There are going to be sketchy people everywhere you go in this part of Charlotte unless you go to a place where you pay $1,000 or more in rent. Of course there are going to be police cars here because there is a courtesty officer and other residents who are police officers. I was actually recommended by Pineville Police to live here over other places in the area. Some people are just so uneducated about things and decided to post untrue things about businesses.

I have a few things to disagree with the last post. "of course there are going to be police cars here because there is a courtesy officer and other residents who are police officers"... I live here and The police that are usually here (note there were 2 this past week)are not just driving by to check (which is perfectly fine). Both times this past week they had their lights on and were actually in the apartment to the right of my building, which I have seen quite a lot in the past few months. and as for you saying that some people are just so uneducated about things and decide to post untrue things about businesses. Nothing on this board is "untrue" or "Uneducated"...these are peoples opions, to better help someone else who is considering moving into this apartment complex. so If you think most of the posts on this site are negative, why dont you write something constructive and positive about the apartment complex instead of rambling on about other peoples posts. and Just so everyone knows, I currently live in these apartments, and can't wait to move out! For what the bills are every month, you can definatley find a better complex to live in.
