Was quoted one price over the phone and when I arrived at their office to sign the papers, I was told that the "guaranteed" price quoted was not available anymore. Staff was extremely rude when asked about this, insisting that it was my mistake. Should have walked away there and then but unfortunately by that time I did not have anymore time to look for another apartment and just had to suck it up.

They charge a RIDICULOUS pet fee. I can understand having a pet fee for cleaning the apartment but they charge a fee for EACH pet. So my pet fee was almost equal to 1 month rent. I don't see how the cost to clean an apartment doubles just because you have 2 pets. This is just ripping pet-owners off.

Like the other reviewer said, cops are here constantly. Loud parties, gunshots, shady neighbors. I am glad I am moving out. Please do not give these people your money. Look elsewhere.
