Habersham was at one time and could be again a very nice place to live. The location is perfect but the managers need to do a better job of screening renters. The lack of care for Habersham property amazes me. The parking lots get worse all the time, obviously more cars than should be there if the "2 heartbeats per bedroom" rule is actually observed. Perhaps the lease needs to be translated into more languages so that the renters are clear on what is allowed.
