Visitor Parking

I think the core problem of visitor parking is due to us. I have noticed when looking around the 1st level of the parking garage, that alot of the spaces are taken up by cars that have "Summit" stickers on them. Which tells me that its residents that are keeping us from having visitor parking, because they are too lazy to park in the garage.
