I moved in during the first week they were open. Not only is the managment incompetent but they are also unfair. After almost 3 years of rental payments, my rent is being raised $230 per month. Fair' Hardly. Oh, and by the way, don't even think about being late on your rent. I was told by managment that it is thier policy to serve an eviction notice after being 5 days late on the rent. Yes, 5 days late. Do it twice and you will be evicted, regardless of your rental history. Of course there is the monthly 3am fire alarm when the bars close and the parking is like playing musical chairs unless you park on the rooftop. All in all, I rate this place as a 2 on a 10 scale. The one good thing it has going for it is the easy access to 77 and 85, but than again, you can always stay under a bridge with the steady flow of homeless people that harass you when you're on your balcony. And don't EVER leave your car unlocked! Good luck! :(

Perhaps some research should be done to compare Charlotte apartment rental prices to other cities. I have lived in 2 major metropolitan areas, and the percent of increase is substantially more than those cities. I lived at the property for nearly 3 years and experienced increases of 10% by the time I moved out. Now, people are being asked to increse their rent by nearly $200/month. The cost of living has not increased at the rate at which rental companies think they can increase rent.
