Poor Management of Property

I lived at South End Square Apartments from April 2003 through November 2005. Initially, the building was a great place to occupy. There have been changes in management multiple times, resulting in experiences that are less than positive for tenants.
The rent increased substantially each year, and there was only one member of management that was pleasant to deal with. There is not sufficient parking, the hallways are not kept clean, the trash area looks like someone threw up all over the wall, urine in the hallways, and the noise is not kept to a minimum, or enforced by management.
If you want a place that reminds you of your college days, this is the place. If you're a professional, looking for a nice quiet place to call home, look elsewhere.
