I am a Grandview resident (also owned by Camden)...they did it to us and are likely to do it to you.

The year over year rent increase for my small 1 bedroom apartment was over $350 (over 40% increase). Needless to say, I am moving out. I will never live in an apartment place owned by Camden again and I am telling EVERYONE I know.
