I lived at Camden Grandview for over a year and have decided to break my lease to live somewhere else. If you are thinking about living here, there are some things you might want to consider.
1) The parking, it is pretty awful. I paid an extra amount a month to reserve a space, and people still found a reason to park in my reserved spot. I had someone "towed" before, but "towing" is just the removal of the vehicle from one spot to another spot (IN THE SAME GARAGE), so basically if you get a reserved spot it works half of the time.
2) Do not live above the pool..Camden has a lot of problems with "friends" of residents who use the pool and are very loud at 3am, there is no overnight security in the apartment so you would have to call the police, but resident's usually just yell at them to leave, and eventually if you yell enough, they will quit.
3) It's not worth the amount of rent you pay monthly, there is nothing special about it, the fitness center is horrible, there is no paper in the printers (ever!) in the business center. The gate is broken most of the time. And parking sucks!
