Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Car break-ins are awful and the grounds are filthy. I am by no means picky when it comes to where I live but I will say that Camden south end fails to supply the bare essentials like funtional housing (had no AC all summer), security (the number of car break ins are absolutely disgusting) and responsiveness. All of this is one thing if you live at a low end community but for the price, I expect so much more. Do yourself a favor, do not live here.
