I wouldn't reccomend this place to a homeless person!!!

Management is rude, lazy, and uneducated. Grounds are filthy. They say they're "dog friendly" but charge a non refundable $500 dollars per dog plus restrictions: the dog can not be in the parking garage, and can only be seen on the 5 by 5 foot of grass they "allow" to be a dog area. They try to fine you for everything. Maintenance is very slow. My sinks and air conditioning were leaking and it took over three months to get fixed, and after repair the crew left a complete mess including dead bugs, and dirt. Cars are constantly broken into, not a safe place. I've lived at other Camden properties, and I have NEVER been so disgusted. DON'T RENT HERE!
