I broke my lease when the management changed hands 3 times in the sencond year of my lease. Whe this was Alta Haven, it was great. The office staff remembered my name, and my dogs name everytime they saw me. Very clean, quiet and full of proffessional. Then it went to Summit. Changed the whole staff, painted the nice apartments ---- brown and the doors black. Then it went to Camden, Charlottes slumlord central. The residents went from proffessionals to hoods and thugs. Vandalism and breakins went up, and i blew off my lease and moved. They sent me to collections. I wrote a letter to the credit bureaus and it came off my credit reports in a month, because the apartments never responded to the inquiry investigation the bureaus sent them. Thanks for that at least Camden.

Don't live here, go down the street to providence park or the preserve, where they take pride in the area they live in.
