WAs better under Summit control. Over the past year staff has changed constantly and with that so has the diminution of quality, management, unresponsive maintainence, poor quality appliances etc. For the money you certainly can find better in the area....

Its funny how some people write all of these negative comments based on "everyone" feeling this way when they most do not. Just because of your bad experience dont place blame on the entire community.
