Camden SUCKS - go further up to the other complexes

Was beter under Summit when we first moved in, however, I did notice that the landscapping was not maintained in the back of the complex. Only the front was made presentable. The total population changed under Camden, bringing in younger, louder residents who did not respect the property nor the tenants. The apartment was nice sized (2 bedrooms/2 full baths with the sunroom), but parking of just one car became a problem. I never understood why they did not have assigned spaces per apartment. They basically have one person who handles the maintenace and it was our experience that they responded quickly, but had to make several trips to fix a simple problem and the sink leaking was never fixed. The new tenants who moved into our particular building were constantly leaving garbage in the hallways in front of their doors. The steps and hallways were NEVER swept and the area around the pound was a mess. When we moved there we knew we would only stay until we purchased a home and trust me that could not have come at a better time. It's a shame because the location is perfect, but under Camden it has become a low-level complex that I would never want to live in again. I am hoping that since they took over the Summit Ballanytne that it does not become the undesirable place that Stonecrest became.
