My lease started November 17.I asked to move in ine day early and I they was going to charge me $300 xtra dollars. My W/D was to be delivered before the Thanksgiving Holiday; however, they did not make the arrangements so it was not delivered until after the new year. Once I received it I did not realize that it was installed incorrectly and the hot was in the cold and vice versus (strunk my sweater)I called to complain and get a refund (for the late deliver)Manager (Alicia) would not return my calls. Everyone that was employeed when I moved in (Melissa, Alicia, Valerie, and Lorraine) are all gone in a matter of 2 months. Customer service is horrible & when you call no one answers & calls are returned the following day (god forbid you should have an emergency)no one is ever in the office you can not pickup your packages for days at a time if you work during the day. You get better customer service in a grocery store. If I could get out of my lease I would move immediately! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

So besides your dealing with the management, how are the apartments built? Paper thin walls, hear neighbors breathing, etc.
