I currently live at Camden Stonecrest and HATE it!! The staff are not customer service oriented (or not American so don't understand you), you are FORCED to pay $30 in valet trash fees/month - not a choice, you have to pay it whether you want the service or not. That's $360/year in stupid charges! Especially since I have 3 teenagers that have perfect hands legs and feet that all work and could take the trash - I don't need valet trash! Then you HAVE to pay $45 more or less for Time Warner Cable. Now I came here half way through a contract with DirectV. I expalined this to them - in a contract, don't need cable - I have satelite. Nope, I HAVE to pay anyway - not an option - another $540/year wasted!! Then I was looking at my statement - you will also be charged $5.00 trash fee (why is there a $5.00 trash fee when I'm forced to pay $30 trash valet!!) per month and a $3.75 club management fee! So another $105/year!! I know you're wondering why I'm here!!' I got caught with a landlord that foreclosed and didn't tell us until the last minute and had a week's notice so had to move somewhere fast - and ended up in this hell hole! Ok, so we're wasting $890/year so far here. Next kicker - went to the office the other day for something and overheard them telling a new person the rent he'd pay. On what I have - almost $300 less A MONTH than what I'm paying!! The economy was fine when I moved in - now it sucks and these people have lowered the prices by $300 A MONTH - NOT A YEAR - A MONTH!! But they screw the loyal residents and continue to charge them the higher price!! Now I understand contracts and such - but they could give a break one month for example for lower rent by 50 or something - anything!! Parking sucks - never anywhere to park. Fixtures in the apt - my master bath has a silver handle on the one side and gold/brass color on the other! The 2 sinks in the master bathroom, the fixtures are different from each other even though they're on the same sink. Blinds were taped down (narrow door blinds) with thick clear packing tapeat the b ottom of the door instead of clips being there as it should beIt sucks here - take my advice - run!!

Its funny you loved it till you couldn't pay your rent and got evicted.
