The new management treats the residents like second-class citizens, and is really doing a poor job of taking care of the property. The dumpster is often overflowing, the gate is often out of order, and multiple parking lot lights or building lights are out for weeks before being fixed. Landscapers are permitted to use leaf blowers and electric hedge trimmers as early as 7 am, even on weekends. When the parking lot was repaved the residents were given less than 24 hours notice. People who were unlucky enough to be out of town that day came home to find their cars towed, and a lot of cars that weren't in the specified areas were erroneously towed, including mine. I had to pay over a hundred dollars to get it back and I was not reimbursed. Also the water bill comes in the mail about 2 days before it is due, and there is a major roach problem during the summer.
