I get a good price for my apartment home, for that I cannot complain.
Buyer beware though. Maintenance issues are not addressed very well, if at all, and this is not an understatement. Contact them everyday until you've had enough and MAYBE it might work. There's always trying to contact their corporate office(s). Again, good luck. The community is not secure as advertised. The gates do not function properly and when they do, people who don't live here pull in front of someone who does live here, while going through the gate. Random children knock on your doors at all hours. Crime is committed all the time within the complex. Cars get stolen, broken into, and more. Lighting is not adequate and there's rarely security on hand. Community work-out area is usually inhabited by delinquents and underage individuals smoking illegal substances and partaking in other illegal activities. These are just some of the issues that many have brought to Cameron's managements attention and has as of now, gone unresolved. And parking, don't even get me started. There is no assigned parking.
