this place is the WORST...and then some!!!

I cant wait to get out of this horrible place in a few days!! The apartments are falling apart and they will charge you for EVERYTHING!!! The day i moved in here i had a maintenance problem, for the first 3-4 months i lived here i told them about it every time i paid my rent, then i went online and filled out at least 2 requests. I am moving out in a few days and guess what..Its still NOT fixed.
Parking is one of the worst things here. The spaces are so small that even my TINY car can't get in there. I cant even count the number bumps and scratches on my car.
The only thing worse than the parking here is the office staff. Well i cant say the entire staff...just the management and a few of their cronies!! Once you sign your lease they dont give a ---- about you except when your rent is late!! They are RUDE to the point that you would like to break your lease as not to deal with them!! The grounds crew does a great job of keeping the landscaping and i know that the trach pick up is not their problem, but there is constantly trash all down the stairs and the parking lot!
As far as saftey is concerned I personally have never felt unsafe here. I LOVE most of the nightstaff. One in particular. We have become close with one of the night gaurds and he is a GREAT guy! He personally comes and checks on us almost nightly!! The only problem with the gaurd staff is once there are good ones there they are transfered!!
Noise has never been a problem for me. My neighbors and I have become good friends and we all hang out together so we never have any problems with them.
One good thing I can say about this place is that I have made some GREAT friends with people that live here!!
I am new to the charlotte area and everytime I tell someone where I live they say ohhh you live in the addicts community, everyone there is addicted to something!!
IF YOU CAN HELP IT DONT MOVE HERE!!!!
