What's worse- all the crime or the bad mgmt?

I live in Campus Edge for two years. Please allow me to tell you about my problems while I lived there .. my next door neighbors WERE NOT college students, but in fact drug dealers. The police came no less than 17 times for loud noises, partying, fights etc. at their apt. More than half of our neighbors, myself sent written complaints in as well ... did they kick them out? No .. these kids stayed there until they were evicted for not paying rent -- not for being criminals!
Meanwhile, cars were being stolen from the complex, my neighbor downstairs had all FOUR TIRES slashed on his car by drunken college guys one night, and scores of petty larcenies from apts and parked cars every month. I cannot tell you how BAD this place is and, OHE YES, they screw you over and never give anyone a security deposit back. I had one friend who did receive a check 5 months after moving it was a whole wopping $26 back of his original 300 deposit. WOW!
