Let me preface this by saying that I have read the reviews praising this place, or justifying the many problems associated with this apartment complex, so some of this is going to be in response to those reviews.

Here are the facts about Campus Edge:

You pay $410 per month for a room and access to a living room, kitchen, and washer/dryer. You also get cable, internet, and your own bathroom.

Let's do the math: That is $1640 per apartment that the apartment complex is bringing in.

This place is extremely noisy. I have had to go and complain to the security staff nightly, and the management never responds. They do not deter unacceptable behavior. They obviously do not care.

People have argued "what do you expect, you're living near a campus'" Well, I expect that the management do something when complaints are filed. Other apartment complexes will evict tenants after a certain amount of warnings have been given. But, this occurs at real apartments.

Campus Edge is little better than living on Campus, if not worse.

Do not make the mistake of moving in here. You will regret it for the entire semester, and your grades will fall do to lack of sleep.

I say again, do NOT move here, you WILL regret it.
