I have read some reviews and people are being way too harsh on this place. I have lived here for about a year now. I have enjoyed my stay at The Edge (which it is now called). There are a couple things I didn't like:

-There is always some trash outside in the bushes or on the sidewalk, along with some broken glass.
-It is full of loud partiers.
-Parking tends to be somewhat of a problem.
-Insects on the first floor apartments. We had an ant problem in the beginning of the year. That was taken care of (not by maintenence but by us), And we have a cricket problem in the Spring and Summer.

Maybe I'm just not a picky person and if any of those things really bother you, then I suggest finding a different place. But there are way more good things then bad things:

-Everyone gets their own bathroom.
-Good size bedrooms for everyone. (I don't have the master and I have a LOT of stuff... my room still looks quite spacious).
-The apartments are kept pretty nicely (atleast mine was) and they seem to do a good job trying to keep the place nice. It's really everyone else's fault the place gets trashed so easily. The partiers seem to do a good job at keeping a nice place looking like a garbage can. The people that work there do the best they can to keep the place looking nice.
-Utilities are included (unless you go over which I have done a couple times but it's only been like 3 bucks over).
-It's really easy to meet people
-The location is great, easy to walk to class... takes about 10 minutes to get to Fretwell, or there is a new campus busline that takes you around campus. There is a bus stop right outside the complex.

All in all, I enjoyed my stay here. I am not renewing my lease only because I'm looking to get away from the party crowd and move in somewhere a little nicer then this. I would stay here, but my roommates would like to live somewhere else. I had a good time here though :)
