This is undoubtedly the WORST management in the history of apartment living.
Unscrupulous, deceitful, and you pay "extra" for those that internally need to pad their pockets.
You will be taken for the ride of your life! They outsource payments for utilities, besides what is written in the contract, and it is illegal to charge late fees on water! Of course, the laws mean nothing to this corporation. I do not know if the higher ups in other states are even aware of what REALLY goes on at THE EDGE. Even so, they don't care I am certain.
SAVE your money, pay the parking pass, and live elsewhere. If you think it's a party here, it is, but not conducive to learning.
Also, you will be threatened with eviction if you have incurred even one late fee...and of course, even with a doctor's excuse for having surgery, won't matter to these dictatorship managerial folks. The manager is rarely onsite and when she is...she is not pleasant to deal with. They take advantage of college students, thinking you are stupid enough to bark if they say, "BARK!".
I wouldn't let a pitbull live here. GO TO ANOTHER PLACE, live on campus, anywhere but this hellhole.

They have a new manager. Late fees are standard with all apartment complexes. You can only be evicted if you don't pay your rent or if you are in violation of your contract.
