This place is the worst thing you can ever loose your money on. Management is a bunch of idiots that have even younger more idiotic kids running the office and have no clue about anything. They are not eager to help you at all. If you file a maintance request, don't worry, they will be there the month your lease is up to fix your problem. They also fine you a ludacris amount of money to fix things. The place is trash. We live on the first floor where the bushes outside of our door seem to be a garbage dump. We've had people throw food out there, beer bottles, pieces of furniture, and even hair! It is disgusting. Drunkards can't leave anything along and tear down whatever they see including gutters and railings. Don't even think about getting sleep on the weekend because there is always people screaming and yelling outside and the "security" guard does nothing about it. Parking is for clown cars only; all others will get hit. The gates have been broken for years and only after did two robbings occur in a row did they think of locking the pedestrian gates and putting a guard there at night. This place is a complete dump, I would much rather live in a zoo. I regret the day i signed that lease!
