THE HONEST TRUTH ABOUT CAMPUS EDGE!!! Please read these reviews and take them into consideration. I don't want anyone having to live in a place like this.

Living here is putting your whole life in danger SERIOUSLY. The managers are horrible they don't care about the people staying here, they only care about your money!!! I have to walk around the appartment buildings with a tazor. I never feel safe I always have to watch my back. There are so many breakins some at GUN POINT!!! The managers don't care, they just say becareful. The gate has worked a total of like 5 times since I have been here. If you don't want to be around DRUGS then don't live here because the management thinks it is okay to use ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. I complained and they said they couldn't do anything about it but in reality they just made the situation worse. They are nice to your face but they stab you in the back so fast you don;t know what hit you. They say there is an officer on duty and there is, he just stays in his little area and does NOTHING!!! If you want maintence then good luck because my MAIL BOX was broken for 3 WEEKS before it was ever fixed that is a federal offence. Everyday my mail would be blowing down the side walk and I would have to go pick it all up. If you want anything fixed you have to wait for at least a week and even then most the time the people just say everything is okay and don't fix anything. I can't even use my refregerator because it makes my food taste horrible. I had to go out and buy a little one so i can keep cold drinks.
Please don't put yourself through this.
IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!

Since this review was written the gate has been closed and working 24 hours a day since February. The guards are there to help! There is a new property manager and maintenance supervisor working to make sure all maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner!
