I have lived here for 2 horrible years . My apartment was also flooded and never properly repaired. Our carpet was ripped up (to dry) and never attached back down and nobody ever checked for mold. They just painted over the dark spots. Any maintenance request really takes about 3 requests before anyone will get to it and then its not even done the right way. There is always trash and beer bottles broken all over the sidewalks. People are screaming all hours of the night. There have been numerous break ins here and I do not feel safe. I even had an extra latch lock added to my bedroom door. One of my roommates moved out and got some other girl to move in and she was living here illegally and the staff didnt even know! They only found out when she had a huge party and the CMPD were here and everyone was smoking pot. I mean, what kind of a place doesnt even know that somebody has moved in' This place is a joke and is run by a bunch of college aged people that dont have a clue about how to run an apartment and dont care. For your personal safety, please go anywhere else.

Management and the maintenance supervisor have changed in recent months. Their first priority is to make sure the customer is taken care of in a timely manner. Any damage due to a water leak was taken care of. It was only painted for asthetic purposes due to the fact that it was stained from the water (it was not mold). Once it was brought to managements attention that someone was living there illegally they moved out within 24 hours and the apartment has had no problems with her since.
