WHY DIDN'T YOU! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/26/2003 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003   I just moved out of Carmel because I was lucky to close on a condo. The person's review dated 7/18/03 must have issues of their own that are not the norm at Carmel. The staff is wonderful. The apartments are huge and well priced for the location and size. Next door is a ghetto, not because of the location but because of the residents. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU MOVE NEXT DOOR IF THAT IS WHAT YOU WANT TO DO. CHOOSE CARMEL IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN A PLACE THAT DEMANDS NEIGHBORS ACT WITH RESPECT, HAS BEAUTIFUL GROUNDS, A GREAT STAFF AND SOUTH CHARLOTTE LIVING THAT DOES NOT COST AN ARM AND A LEG.
