I fell in love with this townhouse as soon as I saw it. Compared to the overpriced apartment communities around it, Carmel is by far the best quality apartment at the best price in the Southpark area. The management company, Greystar, is fantastic and has made my experience at Carmel wonderful. I was planning on buying a house, but its been such a great experience here that I'm putting off my house search for the time being.

Good Question about residents. If you don't get an answer, you know more than likely ...a leasing agent/mgr. posted the review. lol
