TERRIBLE HEATING BILLS!!!!! I am paying $250 for a three bedroom apt! I spoke with duke energy and they told me that they had someone from this apartment complex paying $300 for an electric bill!! Do yourself a favor and move somewhere nice with great insulation and save the $300 a month we are shelling out to pay heat!! Also I spoke to the landlord and suggested they insulate the walls b/c right now the tenets are suffering and she told me they wouldnt do that b/c basically its too expensive for the "owners!" They basically say screw the tenets! We have the heat at 58 degrees and do three loads of laundry a week and have done everything possible to keep the bill down and all it has done is increase!! First $200 then $215 then $250!!! Our bill has been over $200 for the past 3 months and we are planning on moving due to this bill!! One of the managers was extremely rude and unhelpful and told me its normal to have a bill like this and that I am exaggerating the situation! DO NOT MOVE THERE!! Also parking is horrendous! The only good thing out of this apartment is the head manager of the complex Hope Allen!

We were looking at some apartments in this complex...are you in one of the units with a loft? We were concerned about that floorplan just because of electric bills and had planned on maybe doing a one-level because of that?... We've gotten to meet Hope, too. She's a neat lady. Thanks-
