Where do we start' I guess with the pros:

1) In general, a very nice apartment with great layout and they are new, so no complaints on the condition of the apartment.
2) The grounds are well kept (for the most part, we get to this in the con section).
3) Thats about it for this section.
4) Nice pool area and weight room.

The Cons: A Lengthy list.

1) The apartments are the worst built I have lived in. If you live on the first or second floor, be prepared to hear the toliets flush, the vaccum, your light rattling from the people walking above you. The upstairs neighbor's washer and dryer that sounds like it is going to fall through the ceiling. I think our above neighbor was praticing for a marathon because it sounded like she was constantly running through the apartment.

2) The rif raf that moved in after we had been here for a few months.

3) The bar in front of the security gate being rundown at least once a week and when it is re-installed, it is pretty sad.

4) The neighbors' kids constantly running up and down the stairs all evening and playing on your patio. Their parents are no where to be found of course.

5) The apartment flooding because your rif raf neighbors stuff things down the toliet that were never meant to be stuffed down the toliets.

6) I said I would get to the grounds part, so here it is. The care car center, if you can get in it, is always messy. People wash out the back of their truck and just leave whatever comes out of it, on the ground, including all the trash in the car and of course it is never cleaned. The hose has more holes in it than Tryon St.

7) The management, well, that is a whole story in it self, but be prepare to never get packages, except on saturday if you work 9-5 through the week.

8) If you have to have something fixed, beware that the maintenance guy is the most unfriendly person you will ever met and will have to return several times to get the job done, all the while never saying more than 3 words.

9) If you live on the bottom floor (like us) you may have a garage beside your living room, which isn't that bad until the person who lives there comes home and you can hear them driving into their garage.

If you can stand these things, this apartment complex is for you, if you can't I would recommend living elsewhere for the rent charged.
