These apartments are nice and in great condition because they are new. I can see this place going downhill fast. I would say about 60% of the residents are normal people and 40% are on the trashy side.

We are on the second floor and the people above us are VERY loud, stomping, yelling, etc during the week at 3am. Last night there was a couple screaming at each other in the parking lot at 1:30am.... like I said, trashy people. These ghetto people also like to drive up in the middle of the night during the week with their music/bass booming and waking everyone up.

The maintenance is pretty good. They have always come the same day or the next day after I call.

The grounds are kept very nice. The pool is nice too. There is plenty of parking, but this may change as the apartments fill up.

I don't feel 100% safe here. I always have my apartment alarm on.

The management staff is very friendly and helpful.

As far as the apartment itself, it is nice. They have crown molding and the paint if an off-white color. Since it is new, everything is in good condition. They are a nice size.... good layout.

I would not live here again though...I think the clientele is going way down. It's sad that the shoddy people who live here ruin it for the normal ones. I recommend finding an expensive apartment uptown and living there to avoid the trash.
