I love my apartment here. It is in a great location and close to so much in Charlotte. I have wonderful neighbors who are friendly too! When I am in my apartment I really don't hear much of my neighbors.

In reference to the comment about hearing things in the apartment....Of course you will hear it when the toilet flushes, but its not like you hear the resident using it! Part of living in an apartment is dealing with some "common" noise. If you don't want that, or to deal with neighbors, then you should live in a house.

The staff at Carrington Place is great too. The maintenance requests are always handled quickly and everyone in the office is very nice. When I drop by the office to pick up a package or drop off rent they are always asking me how things are in my apartment and I think that shows how much they really do care about me liking it here! I would recommend this community to anyone moving to Charlotte.
