The layout of the apts are great, they have a home like feeling to them. The grounds are well kept and the grounds keeper is very friendly and helpful. The trash area is located on the way in or out of the complex. The apts are clean and ready for you on move in date. The controll access gate problem seems to have been solved. It was breaking because of the weight of the bar, the bar was replaced with a light weight material, therefore no issues with breaking. The only negative feedback I have is one of the members of the office staff seems to be rude on more than one occasion and doesnt act like she has time to explain things, answer your questions, or give you options. Although, this one person cane make you time in the office annoying everyone else in the office is GREAT!
