Carrington Place is the most beautiful apartment that I have ever been in in the Charlotte area. They are brand new and very clean and spacious. The closets are huge, the kitchen is absolutly beautiful, there are garden tubs in all the bathrooms and i love our deck. There is crown molding and celing fans through out the apartment. However noise is definitly a huge problem. You can hear everthing going on in all the apartments around you and the worst thing is that my bedroom is located on top of a garage and when they open the door my entire room shakes. Kids definitly run wild around here.. sometimes even knocking on doors and asking for food. The management isnt the best either. They do routine checkups on the apartment and just break in when ever they feel like it, they NEVER tell you when you have a package and have actually even lost one of mine before. The gate is annoying as hell and if you dont have a 74 phone # you have to run down to the gate and open it every time you have company and I once got fined for spilling some chicken on the sidewalk that wasnt even mine. Its also a little over priced and the location really isnt the best unless the only place you ever go is walmart. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
