The perfect community, if you like loud "music" and rude neighbors

I'll keep this short and sweet. The walls are paper thin, most of the residents are rude, and care nothing about anyone except for themselves and their excessively loud, thumping "music". It's not uncommon to be woken up at 3:00 AM to the sound of neighbors fighting, having sex, or partying. We would have broken our lease early to get away from this mess, but the fee's are outrageous. Just counting the days until our lease is up. My advice is to find a place away from Charlotte, and avoid the area all together.
