I have lived here for over two years, and while the walls are pretty thin, everything else is ok. Compared to the last place I lived, this community is perfect. The managers are very nice and have handled any problem we have ever had. The gates do need some work. Frankly the bar that comes down should be made of medal so that other people's guest won't just drive right thru them. I don't see how the manager's can be blamed when the bar is always broken in the middle of the night, whenever mait. has seen the bar broken, within an hour it is replaced.
