I recently lived at Carrington Place and would have to give a firm "don't live here" review based on the management. The apartments are nice and the area is quiet, but if you have to deal with rude people, it is not worth it. Mary is the worst of them all. I moved out and was charged unfairly for painting and cleaning and when I called to inquire about it, I was told in the rudest manner that they will not be reversed. After trying to ask a few more questions, to my shock and dismay, Mary slammed the phone down in my ear. And when I called back and asked why....she put me on hold for 5 minutes and hung up again after speaking to me in rude manner. On top of that....she refused to apologize. Is this the way a professional organization should be run' If I was running this business, she would be fired immediately. But this goes to show what type of organization this is....rude people and ridiculous charges. Avoid these peopole at all costs.

I agree with this posting. Mary is extremly rude and unprofessional. Her employees often talk negatively about her also. I refuse to speak to her, and will only deal with other employees in the office. I made sure I kept all of my paper work, because I have heard numerous horror stories about her.I am a resident and I love the property, my building is quiet although you can hear children running constanly. I would not resign my lease here because I do not patronize establishments that are rude or unprofessional. Good luck

It is a shame when people are in the wrong because their children write on the wall and the carpet and the person refuses to pay the expense. Yes, you will be charged!

NC rental laws? they different than other states? My last state states: it is the apartments responsibility to REPAINT everytime a new renter moves in. What difference would it make if crayola is on the wall? Try Mr Clean sponges they work great. Accordingly to my knowledge the complex MUST paint between each renter, so why the charge?
