This propert has a history of erroneous charges to tenants as they depart. We moved out and received an all clear inspection from the associate in the office, only to get a bill for close to $700 for carpet replacement etc. This bill was after our damage deposit was already deducted from the total. Very rude staff responses when the charges were questioned. Their only response was to say they would send us to collections. What a joke of an establishment. My only source of contentment is in knowing that businesses that are run like this will not stand the test of time, it is just a shame that the ones who don't have much have to suffer in the interim.
